In 2019, 57% of Spanish restaurants report they have a medium level of knowledge on balanced nutrition, and that they could learn some more.

La relación entre la Oferta y la Demanda para la oferta de comida equilibrada en España es bastante buena. Los empleados españoles dan mucha importancia al equilibrio de sus platos y se refleja ampliamente en la percepción de los restaurantes de sus clientes. Sin embargo, incluso aunque los restaurantes españoles tienen opiniones positivas sobre la cocina saludable, tienden a tener perjuicios más fuertes sobre la nutrición equilibrada que antes.
