Level of knowledge/interest in balanced nutrition
In 2016, 60% of Slovak restaurants declared having a medium level of knowledge about balanced nutrition and that they could learn more. It was higher than the European average, which was of 56%. 28% declared having a high level of knowledge on the topic, which was close to the European average, 33%. The share of restaurants who declared they could learn some more about balanced nutrition increased over the 5 years of the FOOD barometers, therefore reflecting a growing interest about balanced nutrition among them.
