Level of knowledge/interest in balanced nutrition

In 2016, 58% of Italian restaurants declared having a medium level of knowledge about balanced nutrition, and that they could learn some more. It is higher than the European average, which was of 56% in 2016. 32% thought that they had a high level of knowledge on the topic, which is very close to the European average (33%). These figures have remained quite constant over the 5 years.
