LABIRIS

LABIRIS, formerly the Wiame Institute for Microbiological Research (IRMW), is a full-fledged service of the Brussels French Public Service (SPFB). It develops a fundamental and applied research activity in support of education and professional training.

LABIRIS is structured in three areas of research:
– The "Molecular Microbiology and Cell Biology" cluster
– The «Agrifood» division
– The "Chemistry, Processes and Surface Sciences" cluster
