7 & 8 october : FOOD roadshow in Brussels
During 2 days, from 8.00 until 19.00, the FOOD bus was parked on Jourdan Place, in the European Commission neighbourhood.
All day long :
- 15’ seminaries on healthy food
- 10 kg belt to simulate overweight
- Calculate your BMI and proportion of fat/muscles/water in your body
- Compare the nutritional values of products and their equivalences in physical activities
- Learn to read the nutritional information on the products efficiently
- Test your knowledge concerning healthy food
- Find many information tolls and advices
